“Working with Mel on our NLHF funded resilience building project was a really positive experience. Evaluation can sometimes feel a bit dry, that it’s something you just have to do at the end! Not with Mel. She takes a really holistic approach which we found helped to bond the team, provide greater focus and encouraged us to reflect on lessons learnt and celebrate our successes.
