About Me

I am a senior Evaluation Consultant with over a decade of experience in helping Arts, Heritage and Cultural organisations assess their impact and tell the story of the difference they make. Whether you need a comprehensive project evaluation or support with self-evaluation, I provide tailored solutions that help organisations both prove and improve their effectiveness. My goal is to help you clarify your objectives and measure how successfully your activities are delivering the desired outcomes.

Background

With a background in communications and stakeholder management, I have a strong interest in cultural development and community capacity building. I’ve worked across government, corporate, small business, and nonprofit sectors, bringing a broad perspective to my evaluation work. My Master’s in Social Change and Development led me into social programme evaluation, with a focus on participatory models that amplify community voices. I’m passionate about ensuring that evaluation efforts also contribute to the advocacy and long-term legacy of cultural and creative endeavours.
